Nedbank doing their own thing and taking money that doesnt belong to them

I am so sick of nedbank an them doing whatever the hell they want with my HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!! people.are suffering here financially because of covid an nedbank just messing people around. Last month I lost my card requested a new one requested that it be couriered to me which is supposed 2 be free they send it 2 weeks later after 2 phone calls 2 the call center but they dont courier it they send it 2 the branch so I had 2 take time off work 2 go stand in a queue for over an hour to collect then they charge me R160 ontop.of the R145 for replacement for delivery which they didnt even do iv phoned twice and emailed and they so sorry they will refund me my money 2 weeks later still waiting , yesterday I redeem my greenbacks into one of my savings pocket because I need money wheres that money nedbank because it's not reflecting in my pocket a day later still waiting, The worst of it all this morning the minute my salary comes in they take my personal loan TWICE nw what u gna tell me u so sorry my money will be refunded to me in how many business working days? This is absolute bull**** I want my money reversed IMMEDIATELY so sick an tired or nedbank doing their own thing and taking my hard earned money and apologizing like they care i have bills to pay and I need my money
