Nedbank doesn't want to release funds

I bank with capitac and I did an eft for a car payment to a Nedbank account holder but now the Nedbank account holders money was put on hold incorrectly due to capitac error. Capitac has now resolved the problem and requested Nedbank to release the funds 3 times and it was again escalated to Nedbank but the money was still not released. I need Nedbank to release the money immediately.
