Nedbank doesn’t want to refund me...

On the 21 May 2020 I’ve been charged more Than transaction fee charges...I’ve logged a call with Nedbank on the 22 May 2020 regarding my problem up until today I haven’t got helped on reversing those charges...I’ve been calling them for the last past 10 days and there’s no one telling me whether am going to get my back or not...I can’t use that account anymore because every time there’s money in that account am being charged...it’s a lot off money that I was charged...I’ve been to the branch with no luck to my problem,I’ve been speaking to consultants still no luck...highly appreciate any help.am desperate since I don’t have any transport fare for the next coming days to work...
