Nedbank doesnt want to provide settlement quote

Good morning, I am currently frustrated with Nedbank Personal loan department. I have called four times already trying to get a settlement quote on my personal loan and they are taking me from pillar to post. I want to settle this account and they are really making it difficult for the customer to acquire the settlement letter. Can someone please assist me with the settlement quote?
