Nedbank doesnt want there money!!!

Worst experience ever trying to get a settlement amount on an account. Nedbank cant assist!!! They dont want there money I guess.

I called in and got transfered many times, I got throught to a guy in settlements department who doesnt introduce himself and tells me to hold on and when I asked why and is he still there he asks if I want to be transferred to someone else. When i asked his name, the call was then transfered back to the start of the IVR. I had to ho through the whole process again then finally got throught to debt counsiling department when I was running out of airtime and I was told they dont offer call backs. What a load of bull!!! Wasted my time and money and got no where!!!! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!!!!
