Nedbank doesn’t wanna open my account

Good evening my name is Baloyi Xongani *** My Account was Put on hold witha. Suspected ***** which the person who had sent me money already his account its unblocked It was like this Someone was owing me and unfortunately the person who had sent me money he got it from someone and that someone reported his account and unfortunately my account also got reported because the person who was owing me had sent me money so now the person who reported the account he cancelled the case and the account for the person who was owing me has be unblocked and it’s working now and mine its not working its been a year now since 2024 December the has nevrer been a solution on my account and when i call nedbank they just say i must wait and now its been a year
