Nedbank doesnt see me as a person and will lose 4 accounts of this family.

I cant believe that I am here again. This is soul destroying. I have been declined again on my credit card because of one missed payment. My credit profile otherwise has no other missed payments. It is ridiculous that I cant get my OWN bank to see my potential after banking there for so long. My personal loan has one payment before its fully paid up. So I wont have any other accounts with Nedbank besides my check account. I want this to be reconsidered. I want credit to look at how I paid the accounts I have had with them. I have NEVER missed a payment but it seems Nedbank cant see me as a person. One payment missed for something should not determine my life. I have no other accounts. If this is not reviewed I will close my account and so too my wife and my two daughters. Why bother with a bank that doesnt care about my family.
