Nedbank Doesnt make things Happen

I have had money taken from my accounts at nedbank and reported it to them. The very same day they came back to me and told me I was negligent and it was because my pin was compromised. Meantime I have not been to any compromising places or stores. While my cards and pin was in my possession a transaction took place while I was at home. I reported this issue and nothing was done but been told im negligent. Since I have changed banks. Anyway with this said, Please do not bank with Nedbank unless you are happy with funds dissapearing from your acounts and been told that its your own fault. Nedbank do not care about their customers only their bottom line. They of no help whatsoever.
