Nedbank doesn’t know when your account needs to be FICAed to avoid termination

I am being told to go to my branch to FICA my account to avoid termination but the call centre insists there is no way to tell me how much time I have and no way to contact the FICA department. I cannot operate on a schedule with no timeline. Nedbank needs to step up to the plate and serve their customers!
