Nedbank doesn’t have my back as a client

I’ve been banking with Nedbank for years. Even my business account is with Nedbank.

But each time I need their assistance, they never come through for me. They don’t have my back as my bank whether they can see affordability and money coming in or not.

I will take my business to a bank that cares.

I’m disappointed
