Nedbank doesnt do their job

I phoned in to close my account on the 8th of August. I was told it was closed and today I received a message saying that my account is overdrawn. I just called in and was told that no one closed my account even though a request was made. Please can someone investigate, close the account and remove me from your services.

The ref number given to me when I was told that my account was closed was ********** - you can listen to the recording to confirm.

Please can someone get back to me on my cellphone number and confirm my account is closed.
