nedbank DOESNT CARE... AT ALL

Ok so Nedbank didn't response and get back to me with assistance, their Bondability department responded on their part... But otherwise for customer service to assist my parents Nedbank didn't say a word about that... So i guess we as Clients don't matter to them... i guess that's just that....
