Nedbank doesn't care about LOYAL Customers

I have been with Nedbank for over 13 years, been beyond loyal to Nedbank, but when I need them to return the favor and be customer centric they throw all my loyalty in my face. I recently app**** for a home loan and other banks that I have no relationship what so ever, have given me far much more reasonable rates than Nedbank. WHY Nedbank. Why should I continue to trust you with my money?
