Nedbank doesn't care

I Can't understand why Nedbank has a ***** division if they can't assist when it really matters...1. When I reported that I was ****med ...THEY DIDN'T PLACE A HOLD ON THE ****MERS NEDBANK ACCOUNT... YOU ARE ONLY TOLD TO WAIT FOR WEEKS FOR AN INVESTIGATION... after the many weeks have passed you are told that THEY HAVE ALREADY WITHERS**** YOUR FUNDS... HOW DOES THIS HELP ...couldn't they have placed a hold on another Nedbank and then investigate ?.. Nedbank is heartless ...
