Nedbank doesn't understand that time is money

I wanted to make an exact cash deposit (coins included) into a supplier account for a spare part we need urgently. Nedbank Ermelo however thought it prudent to have only one teller on duty while the bank was full of people. It took over an hour for me to reach the front of the cue.

I appoached the manager afterwards and he agreed that there should be more than one teller on duty but there wasn't. I asked him why they don't employ more people to which he pointed out one person who was showing people to where to sit. I pointed out that the problem was that there weren't enough tellers to which she responded that it takes months to train a teller and that I should use the auto teller instead. I reminded her that the machines don't accept coins to which she had no answer.

Is head office aware how poor the service is here? Is there a plan to remedy the problem? Nedbank Ermelo already has a reputation for poor service on top of Nedbank's high service fees. Action is way overdue! Take a page from Capitec's book on proper customer service. I have not been to a single branch of Capitec bank that was not on the same high standard of service!
