Nedbank does not take customers seriously

I opened a bank account for my daughter, 10. I was told i must upload her birth certificate for FICA, i did that..days later it was still inactivate, i visited Nedbank Pinetown branch in Pinecrest and a lady assisted me woth uploading cause i had brought the certificate with me, weeks later the card was still inactive( waiting for FICA) I then went to the Pavillion branch to follow up, ( pavillion has terrible customer service) and i was told they are not sure what the problem is and no one could help me.

fast forward close to a year later , the card is still inactive. I have tried to get help to no avail from Nedbank.
