Nedbank does not support small business

Nedbank does not support clients with small businesses! Both my husband and I have small businesses but that makes it impossible for us to increase our home loan (we had three kids in a very short time, so we have to expand). The personal banker does not have the capabilities to assist us; we submitted ALL the required documents middle September and I just found out this morning that they need COMPLETELY new and additional information. It took them 30 days to discover that the audited documents we sent them would not suffice. Thank for nothing Nedbank. I have just submitted the homeloan application to FNB anf my husband's personal and business accounts will aslo move over now.
