Nedbank does not supply original bank statments monthly

I am the executor of a deceased estate. I have not received the original bank statements for one of the deceased estates' accounts, since the date it was opened. I have complained many times and have been supp**** with 1 unprotected copy bank statement and 1 GL enquiry to keep me happy. The rest since Nov 2018 has never been sent??? This is not acceptable to the Master of the Supreme Court. I would give less than 1 star if I could. Their "assistance" has not yet helped. Can someone assist?
