NEDBANK DOES NOT RESOLVE TRANSACTIONAL ISSUES AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a problem with one of the international transaction that I did. Instead of Nedbank assisting, they are not responding to my emails. At first, I was communicating with the Globe Trade Team, who later referred me to the Menlyn Branch team, I have written many emails to ***, to date I have not received a response. It looks like no one can assist me apart from the Menlyn Branch but The Menlyn Branch does not respond to emails. Calling them is a non-starter because you hold forever.
