Nedbank does not release customers money from their suspense account.

Nedbank does not release customers money from their suspense account.

I opened a 32 day notice investment account and gave 32 days notice to get my money out, The bank then put the money into their suspense account (it was meant to be transferred to me after my 32 days notice) the money never arrived into my fnb account. 7 days later i called the bank (jbay) and spoke to carina, she then said that lynette had released the money in the morning. 2 days later, still no signs of the money. i went to the bank to check up why it had not been released to me and the bank manager Vuyo said he forgot to sign it off from their suspense account. (what kind of a service is this)?

I needed my money 7 days ago and I have now waited another 4 days to receive my money (11 days total ontop of the 32 days notice). The money was due into my bank account on the 22nd October and today is the 31st of October.

The bank Manager Vuyo also had the cheek to tell his cashier to close all my bank accounts. I could not believe the manners (when it was their mistake). It makes me not trust the bank when the money goes into their suspense account. I have to follow up on the bank managers job for him. This is not acceptable.
