Nedbank does not provide downloadable proof of payment

Nedbank does not allow you to download proof of payment. The only options are downloading Record of Payment, which contains the customers personal details and can't be shared as proof of payment. The other option is to share proof of payment via SMS or Email at a fee (which is completely ridiculous to charge paying customers for because sending the email does not cost Nedbank anything). I just want to download the Proof of Payment and send it personally if I want to, not via Nedbank.
