Nedbank does not investigate this case properly

So disappointed with Ned bank ***** department,they have come to an outcome without even taking any statements from me .Since logging this case not once was I contacted by them instead I had to escalate it three times and now they say I must pay the money that was ****** out of account 15435.00 I have three buisness whereby I have accounts for and this is how I get treated with no respect I will now start legal procedures against them as they don’t even respect me as a client
