Nedbank Does not give a damn about a request you send to them

<p>I called Nedbank Legal 2 weeks ago and requested that they remove my name from Transunion as i have paid up my loan i had with them, a consultant asked me to send a mail ********** and to date not even a response. They were quick to call if you didnt pay but check the treatment they give customers. I would not recommend that bank for anything if this is how they treat clients. </p>
