NEDBANK DOES NOT GIVE A **** ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

Nedbank is the ****ing worst. I have a personal loan with them. I have been paying every single month despite being a new mom. Despite being unemployed. Despite dealing with so much other ****. I have been paying and this ****ers aren't helping me with correcting the fact that they claim I am in arrears. I have provided proof of payment. I have emailed their admin department more than ****ing 17 times. I have spoken to GABI KHOZA. THEY DON'T HELP AT ALL. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ****ING HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING. MY CREDIT SCORE IS ****ED NOW BECAUSE OF THIS AND DEPSITE STRUGGLING AT HOME I HAVE BEEN PAYING EVERY SINGLE MONTH AND NOBODY IS ****ING HELPING ME.
