Nedbank does not care about small business

I have a small business which holds an account with Nedbank Lephalale, I have been disappointed by the extremely poor service I have received from Casmas Chokoe on two occasions and therefore I have moved business account to a different bank. Nedbank has many adverts on the television stating that they are all for small business and how wonderful their service is to the small business owner. I disagree, I have had very little to no help in terms of helping me grow my company. When staff members like Casmas Chokoe does not even know that the bank has a debit order facility which would allow me to collect funds from my clients. ( I had to take my business to a 3rd party and pay the price) The second occasion was when I needed do get finances in order to facilitate bigger order intake than normal, he made no effort to contact me after I had visited the branch. Clearly your advertising is false, you do not help small business but rather cost us time and money.
