Nedbank does not care about clients

Nedbank has gotten worse lately. At first I used to get excellent service but things have clearly changed. I have been a Nedbank client for many years and have multiple Nedbank accounts. From my experience Nedbank does not care about their loyal clients anymore. Two years ago my vehicle finance got declined with some stupid excuse. I quickly got assisted by another finance provider. This year my home loan application got declined by a stupid reason. I unfortunately didn't have enough time to reapply at a different finance provider. The current issue I have is that a company is doing unauthorized debit orders on my account. Nedbank tells me they have no method to stop these unauthorized debit orders. This is ridiculous. They allow ********s to ***** from a client and they refuse to do anything about it.
