Nedbank does not assist the elderly

Nedbank Clearwater Mall refuses to assist the elderly with making in bank transfers for those who do not have internet banking. After wasting an hour unsuccessfully trying to register an online profile due to failure with the authentication process, my elderly mother was told they simply do not assist with transfers in the bank. It is for an amount that also cannot be done at an ATM. For elderly people such services should still be available. This not only wasted time but caused so much unnecessary stress for her.
