Nedbank does not answer the phone

I have been trying for 40 min to talk to someone at Nedbank about the cheque account. 5 or 6 attempts, I didn't write them down. All the calls were dropped, after I had been sent back to the switchboard, or was listening to dead silence on the line. It is an urgent matter and I find this unacceptable.
