Nedbank does it take almost a month waiting for results of my credit card application.

I'm a client of Nedbank for over 10 plus years, 3 weeks ago through my banker Bianca Groenewald (Greenstone Branch) I app**** for a credit card, she requested i send my latest salary statement which I did. When I followed up with her (***), I received no reply from her even up to now nothing., I then resorted going physically to the Greenstone branch on Saturday 24th August and Busisiwe assisted me and her comment was it looks like when my application was processed, I was regarded as a contract worker and not as fulltime employed even my paysheet indicate that I've been with my current employer since 2007. Now I've been made to wait for nothing. Livid to the core!!!
