NEDBANK DOES IT AGAIN

My Nedcheque card was due to expire 28 February 2021. According to my specific account, no charges are due. On 16 February 2021 I requested a new nedcheque card. I received an ATM card for which I was charged R145.00. According to what Nedbank offers, this is totally incorrect. I need to be advised why I received this card as well as the charge.
