Nedbank ***** ways to get you to pay for a new password in the year 2020

I find it strange that my token access showed an unauthorized page, password didn't work and then my NBB app all of a sudden went to "Activate Banking" all at once. Now I have to make payment to transfer my password and wait 2 days and I need to make urgent payments #fishy #******* #4IRUncompliant Business banking consultant was rude and made it "clear" that is was my fault. I want my new password and I will not pay for it. If that's the case I will move to FNB Business Banking.
