Nedbank Dobsonville

I am at Nedbank Dobsonville, the gentleman at the door refused to help me with a Mere TICKET because I was waiting for the Principal who happened to be 5min. 1. He told me to wait OUTSIDE 2. He told me that he can't give me a ticket because what if the principal doesn't come. I mean I am not that stupid to wake up, go to the bank and then the principal not show up 🙄🙄 Either way even if he had given me the ticket the teller wouldn't have helped me without 2 signatories being there. He is extremely rude and not not customer oriantated at all. The worst worst service ever. I will never use Nedbank personally nor recommend anyone to use it.
