Nedbank - do you really "make things happen" ?

Pathetic service in my opinion, apply for a credit card at Baywest Nedbank, firstly the consultant enquires with my husband why he does not open a credit facility with his own bank then advised an assessor is busy with our request, 3 days later with no update or response.
