Nedbank do you know about The New Credit Act???

Nedbank, how dare you allow your Motor Finance Section to simply give me an insurance policy without prior consent or signature. This is in complete conflict of The New Credit Act and above all no analysis was done. I expect some sort of compensation and an apology. The utter cheek.
