Nedbank do not update paid up account

I Have settled my loan account and requested they update all credit score companies they have not updated this i have logged a dispute with compuscan credit report please the account *** for nedbank personal loan was settled they are quick to phone you with paying your account but slow to help or updated a clients credit profile. David Van Niekerk i have rights to my credit report being correct
