Nedbank ***** Division and Customer Service - you are on your own!

Shocking bank! Feels nothing for the consumer! I was the victim of AGODA.com and money was taken from my account. Nedbank does not have any insurance, they claim I need to deal with the company myself. Why am I a private bank client then? They take no responsibility. Their service is shocking. No empathy, no attempt to help or even guide me on how to get my money back. Please do not use this bank. They are only in it if you can pay high banc charges. The rest you are on your own!~
