Nedbank dissatisfied customer.

My Wife had a Nedbank cheque account. She decided to close the account due to the personal banker who used to nag regarding the her personal account up to the point that he even stopped the business account to be opened for her.

She then decided to go and change the bank due to the selfish behaviour of this personal banker.

A week ago she decided to close the personal account due to numerous calls from this banker bothering us about our home loan which we short paid by 50% last month.

After all, she closed her personal account when it had greenbacks points worth R10300.00. Nedbank is now refusing to release the greenbacks money that she accumulated and above all, she was never offered to withdraw the money or get cash vouchers upon closing her personal account process.

We currently have a home loan with Nedbank and a Business account in my name and I don't feel safe keeping these accounts with Nedbank. I really need advice on what we can do especially home loan with this personal banker harassing us each ang everytime.
