Nedbank -disrespect to clients!

I have a MAJOR problem with Nedbank! More than a week ago I posted about a crazy procedure to close an account. To date I have not had the courtesy of an a response. What a pathetic bank! Their customer service is non-existent and shows a total disdain for clients. Will never use or recommend this bank!
