Nedbank disregarding my loan settlement !! Shocking service

Nedbank personal loan:

I have settled my personal loan, which I obtained from Nedbank 4 months ago. I requested a settlement letter, and I have paid the money owed to the bank in full. Now that the money is paid, Nedbank is not acknowledging receipt of the funds.

Since the payment was made on 05 November, which was within the 7 days stipulated in the settlement letter. I would like the bank to know that I will NOT be making payment for additional charges or interest as my account is settled in full.

I wish to have this account closed with immediate effect and I expect a confirmation letter hereof.
