Nedbank Dispute Inquiry

I had suspicious activity on my cheque account. I phoned Nedbank for help and they can't tell me where the transaction was made. I submitted a dispute form 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything back.

It is always so hard to get a hold of someone that has the s****s to solve your problems. I want the service that I am paying for. Nedbank is so expensive compared with Capitec and you can't even interact with them to solve problems.

Poor service in my opinion.
