To whom it may concern

I am a client of Nedbank for well over 15 years, during some tough times, we fell behind with our home bond payments but did make the necessary arrangement with the bank, to pay the arrears and get our account up to date, which we did by honoring our arrangement.

While we had an agreement in place with the bank and honoring it, the bank also given instruction to Smith Tabata Buchanan Boyes (STBB) to summons us for the same arrears that we paid.

This resulted in a back and forward with STBB as they're on our neck for the fees for Summons and Sheriff that currently stands at R 15 179.22.

I tried on numerus occasions to make contact with the Bank, to try and understand how such mistake got happen, as this is BIG mistake.

I have spoken to Linda (***********) of Nedbank, who on his turn directed me to Janis (***********) **********) in their legal department, Janis has not returned one of my calls or response to any of my e-mails. With above said, I would like someone of Nedbank to contact me and advise how this matter is going to be cleared as Debbie (***********) e-mailed me again yesterday, requesting that I must come and see them to make payment arrangements for above mention amount.
