Nedbank disgusting service to say the least

My experience with nedbank was absolutely disgusting the level of service and costomer satisfaction is unthinkingable I've been with Nedbank insurance for over 6 years and never had I expierance anything worse than Nedbank to say least. To mention one event where I put in a claim on Friday the 13th December 2019 and continously phoned every day to check up on progress until they eventually picked up on January the second in the new year to me that was utterly disgusting. I've complained and nothing happened whatsoever I sadly had to convince myself that this is standard service from nedbank. Most recently I've put in a claim hoping and things might be better but nothing surprises me with nedbank service is down the drain what surprised me the most is that the competency off staff. I cannot recommend nedbank to anyone they useless incompatant and a total waste of time and money. Therefore no stars stay away from this bank its bad service all the way
