Nedbank disgusting service

My mom had the worst experience at Nedbank Pavilion Shopping Centre. She waited over an hour to be assisted and still left without being attended to. The staff kept walking past her and kept saying someone will attend to her, when she wanted to speak to the manager they advised that she couldn’t and had to call some number which rang unanswered as well. Their app is not working which is the reason why my mom went in in the first place and they could not offer her assistance. What a disgusting service!!!!!!! You wonder if they ever get any training on customer interactions and servicing their customers!
