Nedbank Disgusting Customer Service and *****'s

I have never written a review before but after my experience and the aggravation Nedbank Personal Loans has caused me , I felt like I was going to go into cardiac arrest.

Long story short , I have a personal loan with Nedbank . I have always been a good payer with all my financial institutions post Covid lockdown.

Thank god I still have a job and they have arranged my Ters payments for me. Please god from January 2021 I will be earning my full salary again.

I have cover with Ned insurance, they agreed to pay my premiums until I am earning my salary again. They paid Nedbank personal loans on my behalf on the 14th of Dec. Nedbank personal loans still produced to take the debit order off on the 17th of Dec , I phoned for a refund and was assured it would be done. On the 19th Nedbank decided to debit me again thus double debiting me and taking the money paid by the the insurance department.

after been transfer from department to department not getting any help from Nedbank collections or Nedbank Insurace I landed back at the collections department. This agent I spoke with , instead of assisting me , proceeded to argue with me , shouting at me and flat out told me that I won’t get any refunds. She refused to understand that Nedbank insurance had paid and that the personal loans department has double debited me over and above them being paid. I told her what she is doing is theft . Nedbank insurance had paid my premium and any arrears . All I want is that my double debit to be refunded as I desperately need that money. This double debit has taken all my Ters money and all my savings money.

I now have a negative balance.

She was beyond rude , she told me I won’t get any of my money back ( even though both debit orders shouldn’t have gone off) She refused to put me through to management or anyone.

I then phoned back again and it’s the same story , no one is willing to rectify their mistake and refund me my Two debit orders.

This is ludicrous and theft
