Nedbank - Disgusting customer service

A month ago I reported that money had been ****** off my account without my approval. Today we enter the 6th week that I have to chase after my hard earned cash and all I get from Nedbank, after having been a 37 year client, is that the matter is being investigated. They tried to pacify me by offering me a reimbur*****t in full an final settlement that was R 5,000.00 below what was removed off my account. That was 2 weeks ago - I obviously refused to accept that offer which I felt was a disgrace. How dare they simply keep R 5,000.00 of mine. What nerve they have! Now I wait and wait for the matter to be resolved. Absolutely shocking service from this bank. Do yourselves a favour and steer clear of them. Major disappointment - I certainly have no more trust in them.
