Nedbank disgusted with your service

Good day This morning Nedbank decided to deduct 3 times out of my bank account leaving me with a 300 rand , Tried calling *** and *** and *** and called for almost an hour i just gave up. This was not the first time they do this to me and i have to stress and call my bank to reverse it every time, i make arrangements with them and this is what they do. OMG i am so disgusted by Nedbank they make me sick. i just want to pay this loan and never ever would i want to have anything to do with them. Take off you numbers from the website they are useless.
