Nedbank discriminating against Divorced Single Mom

I am in the process of applying for a Homeloan. Its been going in circles for 3 weeks already. I get R 7000 child support granted by the Court of SA, Nedbank allows me R 3500 of what the court granted. I also closed all my retail accounts and only have a R 10000, with FNB. The monthly payment of R 500 is 5%, Nedbank still penalize me for the old balance R 2k. They also advised (forced) me that I must close my account with FNB.
