Nedbank Disappointment!
Been trying to open a bank account with you for almost a week now, every day i get promised it would be sorted out, but nothing! Done everything that i was asked to do but no progress. You are going to lose me as a customer!

22 May 2025, 08:08I believe that it’s important to criticise when necessary but also to give props as well when it’s due. Thank you for Xavier at Mmabatho, Mega City branch for resolving my issue. Although taking longer than it should have it was worth the wait. I almost gave up!
