Nedbank disappointment 😞

I am absolutely discounted by the service I have received by Nedbank. I app**** online for a credit card and it's like 2 weeks and there is absolutely no response. When I call the Nedbank call centre they have no idea as to what is going on and I have to hold for more that 30mins only to be told a very different story each time. Sent through the signed application on the 26th and was confirmed by a Ms ..., Was received, but now nobody seems to have knowledge on my signed application. Absolutely disappointing service as my husband banks with Nedbank for more than 20 yrs.
