Nedbank disappointing Service

I have cancelled my bond with Nedbank on the 9 June 2023 as it was cancelled at the deeds office. However the credit on my bond account seems to be held by Nedbank for no valid reason. I called them on Tuesday 13 June 2023 *** and was on the phone with them for hours to be push around pillar to post. Nedbank is blaming the attorneys and the attorneys is saying the problem lies with Nedbank. The staff of Nedbank have no clue as to what they are doing, Thabiso, Zazi, Rethible, Simpiwe, Dimakatso. After all the call only partial amount was transfer to me the next day. I called them again on the 14 June 2023, ***, with no solution. Its going to be a week since the Bond was cancelled but they still hold my money. When we owe Nedbank money, they will hound us and charge us huge interest, but yet its fine for them to hold our monies for no reason.
